Oracle EBS Rapid SSO goes into a login loop when Microsoft Edge is used in Internet Explorer (IE) mode. It works fine with other browsers.

Cookies are getting blocked in IE mode, resulting in EBS restarting the Single Sign-on (SSO) flow.
Refer to the Microsoft documentation and make sure cookie sharing is enabled in IE mode on Edge.
