An Application integration, configured with Secure Web Authentication (SWA) Single Sign On (SSO) method, suddenly does not work as expected. For example, user credentials (username/and password) are not injected, and sign-in is not performed automatically.
This applies to any application from the OIN Catalog, which can be found by navigating to Admin > Applications and using the Browse App Catalog button, as well as Secure Web Authentication (SWA).

To workaround this issue, please consider:
- Collect the Application Sign-in Page components, such as URL and CSS Selectors, and recreate the application using the template according to the sign-in page design.
- Assign this application to a user and test.
