NOTE: Additional Okta features may need to be reconfigured or disabled to complete the upgrade. This article provides information about the VPN_CONFIG feature, which has been identified as a blocker for upgrading to Okta Identity Engine (OIE). This feature is part of the Okta Mobility Management (OMM) offering.

Okta Mobility Management (OMM) is not supported on Okta Identity Engine (OIE).

This feature must be disabled before upgrading to Okta Identity Engine (OIE).

1. Disable the Okta Mobility Management (OMM) feature to resolve this upgrade blocker.
