Overview
The App Embed link is used to sign into an app from a portal or other application outside of Okta. This article describes how to make an App Embed link section visible for an OIDC application.
Applies To
- OpenID Connect Application of type Web or SPA
Solution
When the App Embed link is not visible for Web or Single-Page applications, the application's General Settings will need to be configured as follows:
- Login initiated by set to Either Okta or App
- Redirect to app to initiate login. The Initiate login URI setting will now be available for the application, and a valid URL must be provided to save these settings.
