Administrators can obtain relevant Okta security documentation, including Service Organization Control (SOC) reports, via self-service. Accessing the Okta Support Center allows administrators to download the required compliance and security documents directly.

How can Okta administrators download the SOC reports or security documentation?
Sign in to the Okta Support Center and navigate to the security documents page to download the required compliance reports.
- Access the Okta Support Center page.
- Select Sign In in the upper right corner to authenticate.
- Access the Security Docs page to download the required security documentation.
NOTE: Administrators must authenticate before accessing the security documents URL.
