Overview
Errors reported by Mixpanel During Provisioning visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user <username> to app Mixpanel failed: Error while verifying if user <username> exists: Unauthorized. Errors reported by remote server: You do not have the required scope(s) for this request

Cause
The API token used to create the API connection is invalid.
Solution
- Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Mixpanel > Provisioning > Integration > Edit.
- Enter the API key that was generated in the Mixpanel Administrator Portal in the API Token field.
- Click Test API Credentials, verify the connection was successful, and then click Save.
- Attempt the failed tasks again. Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.
- After locating the failed task for the user that should be retried, click Retry Selected.
