Overview
In some instances, it might be possible to not see the Identity Provider (IdP) permissions on the Roles page when creating custom admin roles.

Cause
The role is missing because the IdP permissions feature is not enabled by default and is still in early access (EA).
Solution
To enable this feature:
- Navigate to the Okta Admin Console > Settings > Features.
- Enable the Enable Custom Admin Roles for Identity Providers feature.
- Once enabled, the IDP permissions are within the roles page.
