Overview
Microsoft Office 365 provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
A conflicting object with one or more of the specified property values is present in the directory. httpStatusCode=400 errorCode=Request_BadRequest errorMessage="A conflicting object with one or more of the specified property values is present in the directory." client-request-id=<client request id> request-id=<request id> timestamp='<timestamp>' method=POST url=https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users]

Cause
There is another user in Office 365 with the same immutable ID but a different username.
Solution
Ensure the username in the Okta assignment page matches the one in Office 365.
