Overview

The Cross App Access (XAA) feature, configured through the Managed Connection tab, is no longer available as an Early Access (EA) self-serve feature. This article covers the steps required to request EA access for enabling the feature flag.

How to Request Early Access to Cross App Access

To request EA access to the XAA feature, open a support case with Okta Support and include the relevant use case details.

  1. Navigate to Okta Support and open a new case.

  2. State the use case for enabling the XAA feature.

  3. Okta reviews the request and provides EA feature access upon approval.
