When an ISV partner attempts to access the OIN Submission Tester to validate an integration, the page fails to load the necessary test cases. Despite troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache, reinstalling the Okta Browser Plugin, or updating the browser, the following error message is displayed:
Problem loading the test cases
Try reloading the page. If it doesn't work, try again later.

The Testing information for the Okta review section within the integration submission settings has not been completed. The OIN Submission Tester requires valid test credentials and configuration details to generate and load the specific test cases for the integration. This error occurs if the user navigates directly to the tester URL without first populating these required fields.
To resolve this issue, the testing credentials must be added to the integration submission form before accessing the tester.
- Log in to the Okta Admin Console.
- Navigate to Applications > Your OIN Integrations.
- Select the specific integration being submitted.
- Scroll to the section titled Testing information for Okta review.
- Complete all required fields, ensuring the following are provided:
- Account URL
- Username
- Password
- Support contact
- Save the changes.
- Return to the OIN Submission Tester page and reload the browser. The test cases should now load successfully.
