Unable to find Import User filters in Salesforce Community integration > Provisioning > To Okta > General section.

Solution

For the Import User filters in Salesforce Community integration > Provisioning > To Okta > General section, make sure that the Salesforce Community User option is selected from the User Profile & Type drop-down on the General tab when the application is created.

  1. In the Admin Console, go to Applications > Applications.

  2. In the search field, enter Salesforce and click Salesforce.com.

  3. Click the General tab, click Edit, and then select Salesforce Community User from the User Profile & Type drop-down.

  4. Optional. Edit other settings and click Save.

When the Salesforce Community User option is not selected from the User Profile & Type drop-down on the General tab, Import User filters are not available:

When the Salesforce Community User option is selected from the User Profile & Type drop-down on the General tab, Import User filters are available:

NOTE: The User Profile & Type field is not editable once the application is created.
