Solution

For example, it is necessary to locate users de-provisioned 30 days ago. The following flow finds such users:

Identify users whose status changes <number> of days before

The flow has the following cards:

  1. The Date & Time – Now card returns today’s date.
  2. The Date & Time – Subtract card subtracts the number of days from today’s date. For example, it is necessary to locate users de-provisioned 30 days ago.
  3. The Text – Compose card creates the search query:
    • The status is set to DEVPROVISIONED. Another status can be used.
    • The statusChanged is the last time the status changed.
    • The statusChanged date is checked if it happened 30 days ago. Another number of days can be used.
  4. The Okta – List User with Search card uses the query to find the users who were de-provisioned 30 days ago.
