How is the email audience configured in Okta?
Configuring the email audience involves navigating to the Brands menu in the Okta Admin Console, selecting the desired email template, and editing the audience setting.
- Log in to the Okta Admin Console.
- Navigate to Customizations > Brands.
- Select the desired brand to modify.
- Click the Emails tab.
- Click the email template that requires an audience modification.
- Click on the Edit button next to Audience.
- In the pop-up window, choose the appropriate audience option for the email.

- Admin only
