Okta does not currently offer a method to prevent administrators from adding themselves as the Primary Security Contact. Administrators seeking this functionality must submit a feature request through Okta Ideas.

Okta does not currently support restricting administrators from assigning themselves as the Primary Security Contact. Submit a feature request for consideration in the Okta Product Roadmap by reviewing How to Submit a Feature or Enhancement Request using Okta Ideas.
