How is a full import performed for directory integrations?

A full import is initiated from the directory settings within the Admin Console. Use the following steps to complete the process:

1. In the Admin Console, go to Directory > Directory Integrations and select the specific directory integration.

2. Click the Import tab.

3. Click Import Now.

4. Select the Full import radio button.

   • NOTE: This import type processes all new and existing users. Users who were deleted or moved out of the integrated Organizational Units (OU) are deactivated in Okta only during a full import.

5. Click Import.

The system imports the users and groups, then displays a summary of the results.

6. Click OK.
