This article explains how to make a user's Secure Web Application (SWA) application password the same as their Okta account password.

Solution
To set the same Password for the Okta Account and a SWA application, please follow the below steps:
- Navigate to Okta Admin Console.
- Open the Applications tab and click on Applications.
- Select the SWA application where to apply the settings.
- Go to the Sign-on tab and click on Edit.
- Select Administrator sets username, password is the same as user's Okta password, and click Save.
The user will be prompted to validate their Okta password when they launch the SWA application for the first time.
