This guide teaches how to list a user's direct reports in Okta Workflows.

This guide assumes the manager ID or manager name is listed on the report’s profile in an attribute, as shown in the screenshot below:
 

If the direct reports have the manager ID or manager name in their profile, use the Okta – List Users with Search card to find all the users with a specified manager.
 

The above flow shows that Alicia’s direct reports can be found by searching with the ManagerId or the Manager (name).

Testing the flow shows that Alicia has four direct reports:
