Solution
Please follow the video or the steps below:
- Add the integration in Okta.
- Go to Applications > Applications > Select the application.
- Click on the Sign-On tab.
- Click on the View SAML Setup Instructions button, which will open a new browser tab > Scroll down until "X.505 Certificate" > Copy the text in a text file and save it as a .crt extension.
- Open the newly created file and go to the Details page. Scroll down until Thumbprint is reached and find the fingerprint value there.
NOTE: The fingerprint is encoded using the same algorithm as shown in the above field "Signature has algorithm".
