Overview
The Workday writeback enhancement feature uses independent Workday Application Programming Interface (API) calls to update work and home contacts, avoiding unnecessary change requests to Workday. This feature requires Work Contact Change and Home Contact Change business process permissions in Workday. Administrators enable this feature in the Okta Admin Console under the Features settings.

Enable the Workday writeback enhancement feature by navigating to the Features settings in the Okta Admin Console and toggling the feature on.
- Sign in to the Okta Admin Console.
- Navigate to Settings and select Features.
- Locate Workday writeback enhancement.
- Select the toggle to enable the feature.
