Overview
The functionality of this feature is to use independent Workday API calls to update work and home contacts and avoid unnecessary change requests to Workday. This feature requires Work Contact Change and Home Contact Change business process permissions in Workday.

- Log in to the Admin Console.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click on Features.
- Locate Workday writeback enhancement.
- Click the toggle to enable the feature.
