Overview

This feature prompts end users to enroll on the same device when the org uses Okta FastPass. The enrollment process is more seamless because it prompts the user to install and set up Okta Verify with fewer steps.

Solution

Follow the steps or video below.

 

  1. Log in to the Okta Admin Console.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Click on Features.
  4. Locate Same-Device Enrollment for Okta FastPass.

  1. Click the Toggle to enable the Feature.

NOTE: These steps apply only to Okta Production Tenants. For Okta Preview Tenants, this specific feature is enabled by default, and the toggle option is unavailable.
