Okta may contact users from time to time to improve customer satisfaction and the user experience and help customers and users implement appropriate security practices. These communications may include recommendations regarding security practices, notifications regarding Okta's features and functionality, and requests for feedback.
Follow the steps or video below.
- In the Admin Console, go to Customizations > Other.
- Click Edit on the Okta User Communication pane.
- Select Opt out of Okta User Communication.
- Click Save.
