This article describes how to delete a tenant that is no longer needed.

Solution
If an Okta tenant is no longer needed and needs to be deleted or disabled, the best route is to contact the Account Executive or CSM. They will reach out internally and begin the decommissioning process.
The Account Executive or CSM can be found under the Account Profile in the Okta Support Center and by selecting Account Contacts.
