Okta Admins can deactivate users in bulk based on their group membership from the Okta Admin Console.

1. On the Admin Console, navigate to Directory > People.
2. Click on More Actions and select Deactivate.
3. On the Deactivate People page, at the top right next to the search bar, click on the drop-down and select Search by group.
4. Type in the name of the group and select it from the list of results.
5. This page allows the deactivation of 100 users in bulk by changing the page size in the top-left section.
6. To select all users from the page, click the first checkbox next to Person & Username.
