Create a Secure Web Authentication (SWA) Application Using the App Integration Wizard in Okta

Create a Secure Web Authentication (SWA) application integration for a website that is not in the Okta Integration Network (OIN) catalog. Use the App Integration Wizard in the Okta Admin Console to configure the application, assign it to users, and enable auto-fill credentials.

How is a Secure Web Authentication application created using the App Integration Wizard?

Create the application from the Okta Admin Console, configure the login URL, assign the application to users, and access it from the Okta End-User Dashboard to auto-fill credentials.

1. In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Applications > Applications and select Create app integration.
   
   
2. Select SWA - Secure Web Authentication and select Next.
   
   
3. Enter a desired name and the login URL of the website for implementation in the tenant, along with an optional logo.
4. Assign the application to users using the Assignments tab.
5. Access the implemented application from the Okta End-User Dashboard. Select the application to initiate a prompt for the desired login username and password to auto-fill on the website.
