Overview
This article explains when device details are updated in the Devices directory in the Okta Admin Console.
To view information about devices registered in the organization, navigate from the Okta Admin Console to Directory > Devices.

Solution
Device details displayed under Device security signals and Device identifiers in the Okta Devices Directory are collected only during Okta FastPass Authentication. There are no "jobs" or other processes presently that would facilitate the collection of signals for updating device details. So, any changes made to a device will be identified and updated once FastPass authentication is used on the registered device.
