Overview
Huawei phones cannot use the PUSH feature within Okta Verify or fail to complete the registration for new users.

Cause
Huawei changed its Operating System (OS) from Android to HarmonyOS, which is currently not supported by Okta.
Solution
Huawei Phones recently moved to HarmonyOS from Android, which is not one of the supported platforms for Okta Verify. Therefore, Okta Verify is not fully supported in HarmonyOS. For Okta Verify factors that require hardware protection, such as Okta Verify Push Notification and FastPass, the device is inspected, and with the OS not being supported, enrollment and authentication will fail.
