This article outlines the GovCloud Okta Help Center Service Status. This Service Status is available for customers in Okta’s regulated environments.
Reference note: Okta’s regulated environments are as follows: Okta for Government Moderate service in OK5 and OK10 cells; Okta for Government High service in OG1 cell; and Okta for U.S. Military service in OM1 cell.

Similar to Okta Service Status on status.okta.com, the Okta Service Status for our regulated environments (OK5, OK10, OG1, OM1 cells) has a dedicated status page available from within the GovCloud Okta Help Center. This status page can be accessed via a new shortcut of support.okta-gov.com/status
Authentication is required to access the regulated cells’ system status. A user can only see the status for the Okta cell they are associated with. Once authenticating on the GovCloud Okta Help Center, select the option for View Status to see the Okta Service Status page.
Beginning on November 7, 2024, email notifications for trust incidents are now available for admins with Okta service in regulated environments. The toggle to receive notifications is on the Okta Admin Console. Navigate to Settings > Account > Okta Communications and toggle the option to enable Trust incidents and updates. This option is enabled by default.

If you have Okta service in non-regulated environments, access status.okta.com for service status for commercial Okta cells.
