Google Workspace provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard.
Automatic provisioning of user <username> to app Google Workspace failed: The OrgUnit specified is invalid. Please refresh the Application Data and retry again. Invalid Input: INVALID_OU_ID

An organizational unit (OU) has recently been created or modified on the Google Workspace side. Okta will not be aware of this OU until the Google Workspace integration data has been refreshed.
- To refresh the application data, in the Okta Admin Console, click on the Applications tab and click the affected Google Workspace app.
- Click on the Provisioning tab.
- Click the API Integration option from the left pane.
- Click Edit, then Re-authenticate with Google Workspace.
- Proceed through the authentication flow and click Save when completed.
- Attempt the failed tasks again. Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.
- After identifying the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
