Cause
This error is related to the special characters including emojis, mathematical symbols, and/or foreign characters that are used in the groups and/or user names that you are trying to import from Google Workspace.
Solution

Verify that all the users and/or groups that are trying to be imported from Google Workspace do not have any special characters including emojis, mathematical symbols, and/or foreign characters in their names.

Once you correct the groups and/or user name (i.e. remove any such unsupported characters), attempt the import again.
