Genesys Cloud Push Group Issue: Push Group is Active, However the Member Does Not Show Up on the Genesys Cloud Side.

Overview

 

Genesys Cloud push group is Active. However, the newly added group member on the Okta side does not show up on the Genesys Cloud side.
The push group does not show any error in the Okta dashboard or in Okta System logs.

Solution
  1. A pushed user must be active in Okta, must be assigned to the application, must be part of the Okta pushed group, and must be provisioned and active on the application side.
  2. Please validate if the affected push group user:
    • The user has an active account on the Genesys Cloud side.
    • The user account was not updated or changed on the Genesys Cloud side.
  3. After validating and fixing the user, go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Applications > Genesys Cloud > Push Groups, and attempt the group push again.
