Overview
Genesys Cloud push group fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Unable to update Group Push mapping target App group <groupname>: Error while creating user group <groupname>: Not Implemented. Errors reported by remote server: Groups may not be created via SCIM; contextId:[<contextId>]

Cause
Based on Genesys's documentation, Provisioning cannot create groups in Genesys Cloud. This error is generated because Push Group > Create Group is used to push a group to Genesys Cloud.
Solution
- As Genesys Cloud does not support group creation via SCIM, link the group that should be synced from Okta to Genesys Cloud.
- Also, Group names must be the same (case insensitive) in both applications. Otherwise, Okta cannot sync user membership to Genesys Cloud.
