Overview
The Okta Proxy Report helps administrators determine which proxy IP addresses sign-in requests use to access an Okta org over the prior 30 days. This report includes both trusted proxies, such as networking devices that inspect requests, and untrusted proxies, such as unauthorized VPNs or The Onion Router (TOR). Generate this report from the Admin Console or manually observe the System Log for multiple entries under the IP chain.

How do administrators generate Proxy Reports in Okta?
Navigate to the Proxy Reports section in the Admin Console and generate a report to view proxy IP usage.
- In the Okta Admin Console, go to Reports > Proxy Reports > Reports.
- Select Proxies > Proxy IP Usage.
- Select Generate Report.
Review the generated Proxy Report interface to determine proxy IP usage.
How do administrators manually observe proxy IP usage?
Alternatively, administrators can manually observe whether there are multiple entries under the Request.IPChain.IP of access requests in the System Log.
