Overview
This article describes how to find the Username of the Okta Admin who installed the Okta AD Agent.

Solution
When the Okta AD Agent is installed, a unique API Token is created to authenticate communication between the Agent and Okta. The API token is tied to the Okta Super Admin account used during the installation.
To see who installed the AD Agent:
- Log in to the Okta Admin Console.
- Navigate to Security > API > Tokens and find the token labeled Okta AD Agent. The Super Admin listed there is the Okta account used to create the API.
NOTE: Okta AD Agent version 3.18.0 and higher now utilizes OAuth 2.0 for registration and communication rather than an API token. For more information, see AD Agent Changes Using OAuth. 2.0.
