The Rockstar Extension Can Export Custom Application Lists
Install the Rockstar extension, navigate to the applications list, and configure a custom export filter to download a CSV file containing the AWS application details.
- Install the Rockstar extension for Chrome.
- Navigate to Applications and select Applications in the Okta Admin Console.
- Select the Export Apps (custom) option on the Rockstar pop-up menu in the top-left corner.
- Select the desired columns to export and enter the filter under Query or Filter:
q=aws.
NOTE: The filter depends on the specific naming convention of the applications. In this example, the filter targets AWS apps. To download a report for Salesforce apps, useq=salesforce. - Select Export to download a CSV file with the application details.
NOTE: The plugin is not created, maintained, or supported by Okta as it is a third-party tool. See Using the Rockstar Browser Extension with Okta for additional information.
