Solution
At present, Okta does not offer the capability to enroll multiple OTP Yubikey factors for a single user. This means that users cannot associate multiple OTP Yubikeys with their Okta account simultaneously. The absence of this feature restricts users from utilizing multiple OTP Yubikeys as authentication factors within the Okta system.
