This article provides steps for downloading an application's logo image from the Okta Admin Console. This is necessary when the original graphic file is unavailable and the user interface only presents options to Update Logo or Reset logo.

Navigate to the Okta Admin console.

Go to Applications > Applications.

Right-click the logo image for the desired application.

Select Save image as....

NOTE: This menu option may vary depending on the web browser used.

Save the image file to the local computer.

Repeat these steps for any other required application logos.
NOTE: Okta does not store the original uploaded image file. The image is downscaled to fit the application tile size requirements. Resizing the downloaded, smaller image back to a larger resolution may result in a blurry or pixelated image.
