Does Okta Workflows Have Feature to Parse Phone Number to Get Country Number and Country Code

Overview
Sometimes, the customer may need to parse a phone number to get the country number and country code. An example is that some messaging solution (external telephony service provider) may need to have country number/code in order to send SMS to international number.

Cause
While Okta Workflows does have functions such as Text Segment, Lookup and other card combinations that may help in accomplishing this, there is no single function that can parse a phone number to get country code and country number.
Solution
