Overview
After selecting the DocuSign connector, the drop-down does not return organization(s), it is blank.

Cause
The DocuSign account does not have Org Admin privilege in the DocuSign Organization(s).
Solution
Please make sure the DocuSign login is granted the Org Admin privilege in the DocuSign Organization(s).
Please reach out to DocuSign if require assistance with adding the DocuSign Org Admin Privilege.
