Determine the most recent usage of an Okta RADIUS Agent by reviewing the local agent logs. The timestamp of the last successful authentication in the log file indicates the most recent usage of the agent.

What steps determine the most recent usage on Windows servers?

Locate the log files in the Windows installation directory and examine the timestamp of the last successful authentication.

  1. Navigate to the logs directory under the installation directory. The default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Okta\Okta RADIUS Agent\current\user\config\radius\.
  2. Open the okta_radius log file.
  3. Examine the timestamp of the last successful authentication. This timestamp indicates the most recent usage of the RADIUS agent.
