If Desktop MFA has already been requested from the account team and confirmation has been received that this feature is enabled, the following error might still be encountered when attempting to add the Desktop MFA application.
This feature isn't enabled.
Please contact your administrator to have this feature enabled.

- Interaction Code is not checked under Settings > Account.
- Certain features are not enabled for the tenant.
If attempting to add the Desktop MFA application and encountering this error, ensure that Embedded widget sign-in support was previously activated. This can be activated by following the steps below:
- Navigate to the Admin Dashboard > Settings > Account > Embedded widget.
- Once on this page, please select the Interaction Code checkbox.
If this option is unavailable, the Device Access SKU may not be enabled for the organization. Please contact the designated Account Manager for further details on enabling this SKU for the organization.
NOTE: Desktop MFA is only supported on OIE tenants.
