Overview
The current implementation limits this zone to a maximum of 150 gateways.
While the general documentation for IP zones mentions that the default system IP Zone can support up to 5000 gateway IPs, that limit applies to the default system IP Zone used for standard network zoning.

Solution
Default system IP Zone is a system-managed zone type that Okta uses internally for baseline network evaluation. While it technically supports up to 5000 entries, this zone isn’t exposed in the Admin Console or through the public API for modification.
