Overview
This article explores the possibility of modifying the default "Your admin has denied access to this app" message displayed on locked application tiles within an Okta environment.

Solution
Okta does not currently have a feature for customizing error messages for locked application tiles on the dashboard.
The solution is to utilize the "Application notes for end users field" on the General tab of each application integration.
