Administrators require a custom report that displays all application IDs and the users assigned to a group. Use an API client to run a GET request that retrieves group details, including the user count, application count, and assigned application IDs.

How are application IDs and assigned users displayed for a group?
Configure an API client and run a GET request to retrieve the group details, user count, and application count.
- Configure an API client, such as Postman, with Okta. Review the Related References section for more information. NOTE: Postman is used as an example. Use an API client that best fits the organization's guidelines.
- Run the following API call in the API client.
GET {{url}}/api/v1/groups?expand=stats,app
3. Review the details in the usersCount and appsCount fields to obtain the user count and application count information.
4. Locate the apps field in the response to find the endpoint for the assigned applications.
5. Perform a GET request on the value in the apps field to show all applications assigned to the group. For example, run the following call.
GET {{url}}/api/v1/groups/<GROUP_ID>/apps
