Create and Update No Longer Available in Okta Attribute Mappings

Overview
In the provisioning tab, to the Okta section, the Okta attribute mappings apply on create only, and the Create and Update option is grayed out.

Cause
This is caused by the application not being set to source Okta users. Only applications that can source Okta users will be able to use the Create and update function.
Solution
If available, click Edit on the Profile & Lifecycle Sourcing section, and check the box next to Allow <application> to source Okta users.
