Overview
When integrating a new instance of Google Workspace Single Sign-On (SSO), users encounter the following error page instead of the regular page:
Couldn't Sign you in
Applies To

- Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
Cause
The most common reason for this event is a missing or incorrect RPID variable set in the Sign-On tab > Advanced Sign-on Settings of Google Workspace's integration.
Solution
Ensure that the RPID set is the correct one. The RPID can be obtained from the SP details section of the SAML Profile in Google Workspace, which is found in the ACS URL field.
