Overview
The Okta Workflows connector for Freshservice returns the following error if the IT Supervisor permissions are missing on the Freshservice account:
403 Forbidden

Cause
The IT Supervisor permissions are missing on the Freshservice account.
Solution
On the Freshservice side, make sure that the IT Supervisor permissions are granted to the account that is used to connect the service with Okta Workflows.
