Overview

When a user logs in from ChromeOS after entering the username and clicking Next, nothing happens. If trying to add a profile from inside of the Chrome app on the device, it does the same thing and freezes after entering the username and clicking Next.

Cause
Chrome OS is not supported on the Classic Okta tenant. 
 
Solution

To address the ChromeOS SSO compatibility issue with Okta Classic Engine, users are advised to utilize devices running other operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, or Linux, which are likely to be more compatible with Okta's SSO feature.
