Cerby Application Missing Universal Logout Configuration
Okta Identity Engine
Identity Threat Protection
Overview

When attempting to configure Okta Identity Threat Protection—Universal Logout for the Cerby application, the Authentication tab for the application configuration does not display the steps outlined in the manual chapter Configure Universal Logout for supported apps.

Applies To
  • Okta Identity Engine (OIE)
  • Okta Identity Threat Protection with Okta AI
  • Universal Logout
  • Cerby Application
Cause

The Cerby application uses the Global Token Revocation (GTR) for Universal Logout.

Solution

The Cerby application uses the Global Token Revocation (GTR) process to revoke sessions and log users out, so the API connector configuration is not required. Follow the official integration document for Cerby, which can be found in the Enable Okta Universal Logout for Cerby article.
