Bulk Unlink Group Push Mappings

This article outlines the steps to disconnect multiple Group Push mappings simultaneously in the Okta Admin Console. This process allows management of pushed groups without deleting them in the target application.

To unlink Group Push mappings in bulk, follow these steps:

1. In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Applications > Applications.
2. Select the desired application from the list.
3. Click the Push Groups tab.
4. Select the checkboxes next to the groups that require unlinking.
5. Click the Bulk Actions dropdown menu.
6. Select Delete.
7. In the confirmation dialog, choose the preferred unlinking option:
   • Leave the group in the target app: This stops syncing but keeps the group in the downstream application.
   • Delete the group in the target app: This stops syncing and removes the group from the downstream application.
8. Click Unlink.
